My team is really sway lately.. tsk tsk tsk.. All sort of hicups, complains and shits that i can never imagine has all come to us - all at one go just within these 2 mths. My colleagues and i have been cracking brains to reply complain letters to explain things that we didnt do and unreasonable requests that are not within our limits. Im really tired of all these nonsense. Feel like telling these ppl off.. cant they be more "human" alittle? y cant they accept the fact that human errors and tiny mistakes are inevitable.. and that humans are not perfect? Sighs.. So sick.. paying peanuts but wan 100% service + all shity and personal stuffs!! haiz.. we are now stuck we with one deadly case. Thou' its not entirely related to me, but still its still about my team.. =(

Im praying for US now.. hope the swayness can move away soon..
