:: I've got High Cholestrol!! ::

The first thing that greeted me after a long holiday was my medical report. Everything was alright except that i have high cholestrol! I've got hidden fats!!

...

hehe.. guess its really time to exercise abit more and control my diet!! High cholestrol seems to be running in my family.. my dad has, my bro.. and now me.. hmm..

PS : Dear all.. please kindly remind me to eat more healthier food if im having my meals with you. Thank you.
