My pinky Muvo which have been with me for the past years has finally failed me last Friday.
I brought it to Creative on Friday night hoping to save her last breathe.. but they say that she is beyond hope. sobx sobx..

I will faint without my radio.. i will die while going to work or travelling without music..
So.. i bought my new gadget this afternoon after 1day of research and consideration. Drop by Sim Lim last evening to check out the rates after i did some research online. I have decided on Zen Neeon 2, MP4. The 4G black, slim neeon is stylish and cool. Its functions are all that i need, radio, HDD, MP3.. and a plus for videos, photos slideshows and I can personalized the wallpaper etc.. This new baby costs me $239 and comes with a free international charger that costs $48. Thou i find the costs is reasonable.. but im kinda of broke now. there goes my K800I.. moving another step further away from me. Neverthless, im still happy with my neeeeon (i'll take triple care and hope that it can be with me as long as it can, i cant take another blow of "burying process" lol.. ) and have done the "burrying" ceremonial for my Muvo.

Just yesterday, Jef and i went to catch a movie - Nightmare Dectective.
Well, i wont recommend anyone to watch.. basically, i cannot understand the whole show. Usually, i can interpret and understand most movies/dramas that i watched. I will consider myself gd at that.. but this show.. cannot make it.. totally no idea wat it is trying to say. After loads of discussion with Jef, we still cant figure out the story. The movie has lots of disgusting scenes and violent content.. but to me, no storyline. Perhaps, you might want to try watching and let me know if u figured it out?


We went to the Bugis for dinner. As there was a soccer match going on, Jef and i decided to try this new restaurant - Bugis Street Singapore Style Cafe - Memoirs. Its a bar with live music cafe.. they sell typical local food like chicken rice, laksa, hor fun.. etc. The pricing is reasonable. I ordered a laksa set which comes together with a juice and dessert of the day. I quite like the concept - singapore style.. the waiters' uniform are tees with big prints of "LAHR" and "LOHRS" really interesting! However, the restaurant is pretty cramp and the way the seatings are arranged are weird - 6tables joined together where usually restaurants or cafe are max 4tables joined together.

Anyway, an unpleasant event happened- which really shows that we are in the Singapore Styled cafe. We entered the cafe and the lady-boss said that it was full (but still got quite alot of seats empty. It was mostly like 6tables joined together but actually only 2pple occupying the seats.) We decided take the seats outside and if there are seats available, they can trsf us in. The lady-boss separated one of the 6tables into 4s and 2s. She invited us in to take the 2tables. As we just seated, the middle-age uncle start to make noise.

UNCLE shouted: "Wahh.. cannot like tat lahr, they seat here, block our view leh.. we pay to come in watch soccer one mah.. like that how to watch"
Lady-boss was confused and not knowing what to do.
Jef: "Nvm lahr, we seat outside lohr"
So kind of him.. i mean its lucky that the lady-boss meets an understand customers like us. What if we are also those stubborn ones? Anyway, the uncle was really rude!! He could have put it in a nicer way and not shout like some babarians.. what if we are tourist? wat will we think? and also.. he is really selfish.. 2 of them bought 2beers and wanting to occupy 6pple's seats!! brr..
The lady-boss probably could have also seperated the tables in the first place before customers comes in.. i wouldnt know wat to do in that situation, but i probably wont face it at all! I would have seperated the tables way before i opened the shop and also will check with the customers first before shifting us in! I would probably have compensated the customers who have volunteered to seat outside by giving them discounts, free-drinks or.. complimentary food.I mean.. i would want to retain good customers. Haha.. anyway, its my own biz thinking again.. hehe.. :)

XQ is discharged from the hospital last Friday - thank god.

The report shows that his tummy is OK , except that he have some tear in the throat which results to blood when he vomits. Its really scary!! Im glad he is ok now, probably have to get more water and fresh fruits/veg into his tummy. Well.. if only i can talk him into that.. :P

BTW, NUH reali CMI. Sighs.. the way i see XQ was treated.. tsk tsk tsk.. the level of professionalism is not even there. so disappointed.. :(

COMPLAINT #1 :
He has to wait for 3hrs at A&E. Each patient took less than 10mins and it took another 30-45mins before the doc calls for another patient. So slow!!
COMPLAINT #2:
XQ was feeling cold and have to hug himself in the wind-breaker he was wearing. His tummy is killing him, so he put squeeze his legs in the chair.. a nurse walk past and scolded him for seating in such a manner.. didnt even offer any help. KNS!
COMPLAINT #3 :
The doc has to take XQ's blood to do some tests. He draw quite alot of blood + XQ had vomited everything out earlier, he was kinda of weak. When he stood up, the nurse didnt even offer to help him or give him a wheelchair. Luckily, XQ's brother was there. He scolded the nurse and requested for a wheelchair.. if not XQ might have fainted on the floor.. Wah kao!
COMPLAINT #4:
XQ was feeling cold lying on the bed, so wanted to get some warm water. He ask the nurse if he can get some warm water, the nurse nod her head but nv return with the water. Argghh!!
COMPLAINT #5 :
XQ have waited from 4am-2pm for his ward. They claim that there was no bed for him.. XQ then requested to transfer to SGH initially, but they say that they have no link with SGH. huh?!
COMPLAINT #6:
There was no blankets? Gosh...
COMPLAINT #7:
There was not enuf cups?? Fainted* So pooor mehz..
COMPLAINT #8:
The doc had to draw some blood from XQ and seems like he have problem getting the blood out. He poke him several times with the needle in and out of his veins. His vein is now currently swollen. OUCH!
COMPLAINT #9:
His ward blackout for almost 30mins.. OMG..
COMPLAINT #10:
XQ was scheduled for a scope the second day and was told that he cannot eat/drink from 12am till he have completed the scope. When he ask the nurse wat time he has to go for the scan, the nurse replied "Dunno, depends lohrr... sometimes will drag till noon then can scope. Then u have to hold ur hunger till then." Thanks.. v kind of her.

Back track abit .. last Sat, HLP & frens went to Sentosa for a picnic and also for Irene to tour around. I manage to bring ah-boy along.. thanks to Ric for agreeing to drive ah boy. I guess he will have to wash his car and do lots of cleaning on that following Sun!! Thks Ric for allowing my little wish to come thru! Hehe.. for those who dun knw, i have always wanted to bring ah boy to the beach to let him swim, but it was a difficult task as i dun have a car and most taxi drivers wont want him to be hanging in the car even thou ah boy is just a small puppy. ='(

Anyway, I planned to nua there with my novels and mp3.. but in the end, i just cant keep my eyes off ah boy. HLp and frens were v kind and take turn to feed my stubborn and timid puppy with water and food. Xiaoqiang promised to bathe for ah boy and we had to walk quite abit to get ah boy showered. I notice that Sentosa isnt that "pet friendly" afterall. The toilets and most cafes/food centers were all labeled "Pets are not allowed". sighs.. Neverthless, it was a memorable trip for me and ahboy. The first time i see ah boy strolled slowly into the water and start to trap water, i was filled with joy! It felt the same like parents seeing their babies taking their first step. so touching.. sobx sobx.. =")

Perhaps, is the first and last outing for ah boy (unless i manage to get a car, which is like 20yrs later maybe?). Somehow, i can feel that he is very happy .. and his happiness is my joy.

Im super tired today, can hardly open my eyes in the office now. It could be the effect of the chicken rice i just had, but i guess its the lack of slp last nite. I had a shocking nite. Technically, i nv slpt cos i woke up almost every hr to check my hp.. i was kind of like in a standby mode.

ME: "Hello!! Where are you??"
XQ: "Im on my way home,just now met Ching for dinner at the HKG cafe at IMM. Im not feeling well, think the food too oily. I feel like vomiting."
ME: "Huh.. oh oh.. tot u eat dinner with me already just 2hrs ago. OH! Ur baby coming out?"
XQ: "Im really not feeling well, i feel like vomiting."
ME: "Reach home get some warm water and rest ba, maybe eat too full le."

ME: "HEllo! U ok ma?"
XQ: "No.. i just vomited 3times and the 4th time i vomited blood. Everything i had today all wasted le"
ME: "WAT!! blood!! U beta go and see a doc now. No more BUTS. "
XQ: "Huh.. but but.."
XQ finally went to see a doc at NUH after 10mins of persuasion and scolding.

Sighs.. XQ is now at NUH and finally manage get a bed. Poor thing.. he waited for 3hrs before he manage to get to see the doc and waited another 10hrs before they manage to get him a bed. Wat kind of hospital!! Tsk tsk tsk.. So horrible!!

I really hope he'll get well soon. sobx sobx.. :'(

I cant really remember when it started.. but it should have been months since my close buddy-Xiaoqiang and i felt that we might be long-lost"twins". Do note that our paths only crossed less than 11mths ago. OK, i know it sounds very drama but we have this similar fate thingy that have been happening to us. We usually share the same fate - sway together, heng together. Its not always that accurate as in if i sway now, he will immediately sway but it will definately happen to him a few days later that kind of thing. It could be coincidence but.. but but.. more and more incidents are showing it lately..

Note that the evidence below might make ur hair-stand and happened only in the mth of April.

Evidence 1 : Ulcers
Me: "I have ulcer on my right upper lips.. oh man! Pain sia..."
Qiang: "huhhh..."
2 days later
Qiang: "I also have ulcer liao.. on my left bottom lips and its SUPER big. Ulcer x 2"
Me : "....!!"

Evidence 2 : Bike Accident
Qiang: "Wah lao..i nearly went to heaven. I meet an accident just now while delivering the Nikon camera to the Fuji Xerox Towers. I was about to crossed the road when the bike zoom infront of me. The bike was very fast lohr.. "

Me: "I nearly met an accident just now. I was crossing the road to PSA Building. Then i was rushing abit mah, so didnt crossed the traffic light properly, scarly, nearly knock down by a bike. The bike was v fast lohr.. but heng he stop on time and give me that "Singaporean hand-sign"!
*NOTE: Both happenings are in Tanjong Pagar.

Qiang: "Today i very clumsy...leg become hand, hand become leg.. haiz.. i pour water on my yoga pants lohrr..."

Me: "EBEEKIA!! I seriously warn u to becareful nxt time!!! Just now, somehow the cup on my desk fell and my desk is now flooded!! "

Its really scary how 2 person's fate can be so alike. This is definately not the first time it happens but we are getting more similar!! Not only that.. our likings for food, preference for some stuff are the same!! Oh man... this comes to only 1 conculsion.. "where is my real mummy?" hurr...

Went to watch Meet the Robinsons with Qiang today noon. The cartoon is really entertaining and imaginative!! It definately brighten my plan for a nua-ing sunday! hehe... :P

The story is abt a boy named Lewis who was being abandoned by his parents when he was a baby. He is an extremely smart and innovative boy, like a young-Einstein. He was well-taken care of in the orphanage and like any other kids, he is expected to be adopted. However, after 124 "interviews", no couples wants him because of his weird inventions. Soon, he give up the hope of being adopted and decided to create a machine to recall his memory - to recall the look of his mum. He wanted to find back his own family. He took part in a Science invention competition, and a bad guy appeared with the intention to destroy his future.. The bald-head man is actually from the future .. and there was another young boy who claims to be the future cop supposingly to protect Lewis from any harm. The young boy brings Lewis to the future and the time machine crashed into the ground when they arrived. The future was amazing!! There were "bubbles" & "sucking tubes" used as a means of transport and robots were maids/cooks, and frogs become a live band!! Its really cute!! Anyway, Lewis later found out that he was actually the father of that small boy in the future. He gets to meet his fantastic and interesting future family members in the progress of fixing the time machine. The bald-head guy was actually his room-mate back in the orphanage. His hatred for Lewis started because of a baseball match. Back then, Lewis was so engrossed in his making of his memory machine and caused his room-mate to lose his slp. He was too tired and fell aslp during the match!! Everyone blamed him for losing the match and he was beaten up. He then become the bald-man - someone revengeful and he spend his time doing nothing but feeling hatred for Lewis. The bald-head man then meet "doris" - a robot hat that Lewis invented in the future. Doris turn evil and psycho the bald-head man to take revenge at Lewis. Luckily, Lewis manage to correct the evil doings and change the bald-head's man fate. In the end, Lewis decided not to recall his memory of him mum but chose to let go of his past, and keep moving forward. When he went back to his time, he won a science competition and was finally adopted by a scientist couple - The Robinsons. They bought a science lab for Lewis and he had lots of inventions and have his own family. And so the story goes on.. happily ever after. The morale behind the story "Let go of the past, keep moving forward".

I would rate this cartoon 4stars****!! Not bad for a kids show.. I njoyed watching it and had a gd laugh!.. but will not recommend those who cannot stand exaggerated movies. hehe.. dun expect much lahr.. huyk hyuk... its a cartoon afterall!! Its for big kids - like me! ^.^

I started last Monday with a lovely day. As usual, i was listening to 933FM and gotta know that Cruz Teng will be at Tanjong Pagar MRT distributing breakfast. I tot to myself that i wont be so heng to bump into him since there are so many exits at the station plus i've been v sway for the past 3mths. The moment i step out of the exit at the station, i saw the 933 crews and Cruz. The queue was very short as i was early that day. 早起的鸟儿真的有虫吃!! Muwhahahhaa.. so i got my breakfast & a iweekly mag from Cruz himself. Coool!! I wanted to ask if i can take a pic with him but im really really shy.. so i dropped the idea. haha.. Cruz is not those handsome kind lahr, but like the way he speaks and his chrisma. =)



Friday the 13th.. went to esplanade and Marina Square for dinner. A gd fren's gf is in town.. so we brought her around and have a quick dinner! On the following Sat, we went to KTV to 高歌一曲. Hope the 2 "monsters" did not frighten our poor girl from Muar. Hehe..

OK. Finally, im back. hehe.. Disappeared for awhile to get adjusted back to "normal" life after weeks of MC. My life have been some sort like: zz->work->driving practice->zz + eat&poo. Haha.. but only realise tat it was quite "happening" after i tried to get my stuffs organise to post here. :P
Lets see.. first start with e 6birthday peeps - Jef,Jen,Lala,Sar,Cin,Crystal. Hapi be-lated bday to all! That probably explains my pocket at the end of March.. 破产了! :'(

Jef's bday 21Mar: Bought a portable DVD player for him. Something he has always wanted so tat he keep himself entertained in camp. The player is kinda of brandless.. The screen can rotate 180degree, can watch TV/DVD/VCD and can even plug in video-cams and card readers.. really cool!! Not much of a celebration for him, just bought him a mini-tas cake (there were no more other kinds of cake so bo bian bought him a tasmania one) and drown him with my birthday song.. lol..

Jen's bday 14Mar : Celebration at Sakae Sushi @ Tiong Bahru Plaza + a $100 Capital Voucher shared by 8pple. Dun really know wats the $1oo voucher for, but i guess its something to do with camera stuffs. keke..

Lala's bday 26MAR: Mini-celebration at the office with my colleagues + a birthday card. I bought her a precious tots photo-album personally, hope she likes it. Oh.. suppose to celebrate Sar's birthday with Lala's but Sar is still on MC.

Cin 15Mar/Crystal 05Mar/Chupz bday: Celebrated at Party World KTV. It was a mini-surprise by Lichoo and me. It was suppose to be a normal outing cos their birthdays have already passed for more than 2wks but we didnt forget. hehe.. the nice part was, we pretend to go toilet and get the person to overwrite the current song to "happy birthday" song and we appeared back in the room with a bday cake. The staff at Party World are quite nice and helpful, they even provide us with the necessary equipments like knife,paper plates, forks, lighter etc. The girls got all their individual presents.. it was quite fun!




The birthdays itself have already played a very big part for March and I seriously need to 减肥了!! In addition to the tons of calories i had during the bday celebrations, i just realise that i have been feeding myself with loads of goodies!!! Oh man.. i need exercises!! Whine**
