:: Disappointment with her.. AGAIN.. ::

To all those i keep repeating my complaints to - sori but i really cant stop complaining! :x

SHE is totally impossible lohr!! The worst worst x10 leader i ever ever seen!!!

Ok.. this is wat happen. *Clock turns 2weeks back*

Sar was having some problem at work. She did one of her clients a kind favor by helping her with the church grp travel to aus and it really never pay off to be kind! Total about 45pax. The toopid airline XX (dun tink i shd state the airline here cos im not too sure if its right to, so beta nt get myself into trouble) got her into some trouble but auto-cancelling her flights due to some toopid rules that they have implemented into the system. Note that NOBODY in the company know of tat rule.

Of course, the client was mad at us. She refuse to accept the explanation and insisted that we held responsible. She wants Sar to make things right again w/o changing anything from the original incl the airfare. Thats tough!

After a week of struggling here and there.. Sar was havin a hard time as the client called every half hourly as if by doing this, we will be able to solve the prob instantly! She is so pushy and practically scolding everyone who picks up her call! Some nasty words she used - F***, stupid.. She's probably not right at her mind?!!?

My poor Sar was so stressed that she broke down. I can understand why. After being scolded by it client so many times in a day not sayin it went on for a week! Our 24hrs duty officer receive her call last Friday after work and insisted that either Sar or YY (someone in my team) to call her immediately. Sar was in a class, unable to call back and YY refused to call client simply bcos there is nothing she can do, and she dun want to be harassed by her. ...... i reali duno wat to say. I mean we are in service line, at least we shd just call back and let her scold rather then making things difficult for our 24hrs duty officer lohr.. and furthermore, she is obligated to standby 24hours!! #^$&&%#*&*#*

My sales personnel receive that client's call and got the shit from her too. After trying their very best to solve the issue, the situation dun seem too good and my sales personnel suggested to YY that she and YY should pay a visit at the client's office and sort things out. YY was pissed when she heard that and told my sales personnel off! She was probably shouting at my sales personnel as i can even hear her voice even i was seated further away from them. I was told that YY said its non of her probs. OMG! I cant even believe she said that lohr.. She is our head, suppose to help us solve our issues, be with us, guide us.. I mean its also her responsibility when things happen cos we under her ma.. but then.. i see non of this. She even push all stuffs to Sar.

Luckily, we manage to half solve the issue today with the help of XX airline and also my sales personnel.

When one problem was still running, i created another problem. oops.. :x

Another airline ZZ, change their rule in ticketing and i issued the tickets in error. Note that no one i have asked, was aware of this! I'm to bear at least $3000 if the airline is going to "fine" us. (note to word - at least) YY felt smth was wrong when she sign the tickets but she is not sure of it. Instead of voiding my ticket to minimise error, she leave it as it is and found out the prob the next day.... After telling me my error, we tried to crack our brains but less than 1hr, she give up and tell me not to care about it and wait for the "fine" to come in. OMG! Again, her actions disappoint me. How can she just leave the error as it is when we all know that its going to cost us a bomb when the "fine" comes in later? Shdnt we try to solve the prob? After feeling down for 1 day, i decided to ignore her and approach my manager for help. Thanks to her and some other colleagues like Ken, Lala, FN who tried their best to help me, and not forgetting my very understanding traveller (how i wish there are more pple like him) we manage to solve it. Whew.. so no $3000 "fine"!

I just feel disappointed in her leadership. If she is to remain in that position, but not contributing to the team in any ways, is such a shame. To me, she is probably just another pretty vase, can talk bombastic English, a NATO and somehow know how to please the pple at the top. When she reprimended my other colleagues for not doing a good job at work, she shd first do a self-reflection. Seriously, she arent any beta. I mean, before one have the right to reprimend or comment on another person, one shd look at oneself in the mirror. She has not service standard - definately! NO sense of responsiblity, NO sense of urgency, NOT a good team player. AQUA team would probably be destroyed by her.. its a matter of time. As usual, i will tell myself to forgive and forget... honestly i will try! But.. i totally lost respect for her. At least for now, i know that if i have any issues, i will solve myself..
